Job Title: Paid Media and Performance Marketing SpecialistAbout the role: We are currently working with a leading finacial services provider in Ireland who are currently looking to expand out their Marketing team with a skilled Paid Media and Performance Marketing Speclasit. This role will play a crucial part in the role out of new products and services in the coming months within the organisation while continually executing anf optimising digital marketing campaigns through a number of channels.Key Responsibilities:

• Support paid media manager in the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and display.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
• Work with paid media manager and media agency daily to ensure campaign performance at optimum levels.
• Work in collaboration with data, analytics and reporting colleagues to develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and optmise effectiveness and ROI.
• Develop ongoing road map to test and learn across current and new activity.
• Work closely with the communications and content team to develop compelling creative and content that drives engagement and conversions.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
• Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through digital marketing channels.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing technology and tools.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to translate into actionable insights to drive performance.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
• Media agency experience an advantage.
