We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our Emergency Roadside Assistance Services client. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from those in need of assistance.

What makes you the right candidate?

• Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
• Strong communication skills – well spoken / written
• De-escalation skills are a definite asset
• Ability to display genuine empathy to our customers while in a fast paced environment
• Manage high volume of calls
• Proficient with Google Maps / Directional capabilities
• Comfortable with phone systems and technology
• Flexible availability
• Working on obtaining your 911 operator certificate and looking to gain experience

What will you do?

Triage inbound calls for our emergency roadside dispatch including below calls:

• Customers who got Flat tire
• Customers who Ran out of gas
• Customers who have Keys / babies / pets locked in cars
• Customers whose cars are broken down on the highway in a live lane of traffic
• Customers who met with an accident

What will you need?

• High speed internet connection with direct access to your Modem or internet Hub (connect with Ethernet cable)
• Private and quiet work space if you are working remotely.
