Join ReproScan, where we’re redefining patient care and support throughout the IVF journey.📍 Location: ReproScan – Dundrum, Dublin📅 Employment Type: Full-Time📢 Reporting To: ReproScan ManagerAbout the Role:As an IVF Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face and reliable guide for patients navigating fertility treatments. From scheduling and communication to coordination and care advocacy, your role is central to delivering a seamless, empathetic experience.This is more than a front-desk position — it’s an opportunity to truly make a difference in people’s lives.Your Key Responsibilities:✅ Be the first point of contact and support for patients — in person, over the phone, and via email✅ Coordinate appointments, treatments, and testing for patients availing of our IVF packages✅ Send prescriptions, results, and information accurately and promptly✅ Maintain clear communication with clinics, pharmacies, and patients throughout their journey✅ Ensure front-of-house operations run smoothly and patients feel welcomed✅ Handle payments, invoicing, stock, and general admin duties✅ Provide compassionate support and education at every step of the treatment process✅ Other duties may arise from time to timeWhat We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in patient coordination or medical admin (especially in IVF)
• Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
• A calm, patient, and empathetic nature
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in diary management and computer systems
• Willingness to cover colleague absences and collaborate across departments
• A strong sense of accountability and professionalism
