Dublin NorthOur client a well established Hospital in North Dublin wishes to recruit a Patient Services Manager. You will be responsible for the management of the efficient administration services across all areas of the Hospital, with the exception of revenue cycle.You will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to improve processes, promote operational efficiency and enhance the patient experience.You will manage all Patient Services functions including referral and booking management, point of service collections, insurance verification, patient experience, medical necessity, pricing transparency, workflow design and implementation.

• Must be currently working in a healthcare environment & understand the administration of a busy hospital

*Relevant third level qualification in Healthcare Management or equivalent

• 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years of management experience ideally in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent time Management experience
• Strong experience in a supervisory capacity of staff
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Have the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
• Excellent Multitasking ability
• Ability to delegate
• Works well under pressure
• Strong IT skills
• Must be self motivated & encourage motivation in staff
