There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel – the international payroll and compliance market leader.What you’ll doCollaborates with Product Specialists to understand country-specific payroll compliance requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development of the country’s payroll engine.Educate Product team on legislation, ensure the correct implementation of technical specifications by the Development team through testingDevelop and maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations and ensure new in-country requirements are addressed in product for ongoing compliance.Ensures continuous upskilling and compliance awareness of Product team by collaborating on new in-country requirements.What we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution4+ years of payroll experience in Ireland and advanced knowledge of local payroll taxStrong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll and HRAbility to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines timely and accuratelyStrong verbal and written skills to connect with clients and align with various stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skills, explaining complex issues at an understandable levelIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google SheetsStrong proficiency in EnglishExperience in multiple country jurisdictions is an advantageExperience supporting the design, build and implementation of a multi-region Payroll Solution is an advantageTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
