We have an amazing story with a unique perspective formed by innovative technology.The People Operations Analyst is the heart of the Human Resources team and the embodiment of our company values: Honest, humble, curious, result-oriented, and determined.As the People Operations Analyst, you will help implement people initiatives and proactively seek to improve existing practices. On a given day, you will pull people metrics, provide analysis, respond to employee inquiries, evaluate and implement new systems, maintain compliance practices, and compose internal communication \nResponsibilities:

• Work closely with the People Operations and People Business Partnering teams to provide a world-class employee experience.
• Help develop People analytics for the global Samba People Team, establish dashboards and maintain the HRIS system to ensure clean reporting.
• Collaborate with our TPAs regularly, to effectively process any employment status changes, complete monthly payroll reports, and ensure the employee experience for our international teams is smooth.
• Process employment contracts, annexes, and B2B contractor agreements.
• Proactively look for opportunities to improve the employee lifecycle and implement scalable solutions.
• Effectively partner with the People team and groups including Talent Acquisition, Workplace, Payroll, and Legal.
• Facilitate first-day onboarding to new employees, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
• Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and internal workflows.
• Compose internal communication on People Team updates and systems.
• Own internal responses to employee inquiries.
• Keep a regular pulse on the compliance calendar and employment law updates, procedures, and processes accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of HR / People Ops experience or relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws in the UK and the EU.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously.
