Personal Secretary JobGreycoat Lumleys’ client on the outskirts of Edinburgh are seeking an experienced Personal Secretary for one of their clients. The client has worked with a Personal Secretary for a number of years and has a busy workload he needs assistance with.Our client runs a large organisation along with other interests. He has a number of staff that the Personal Secretary will liaise with on his behalf.The Secretary will be responsible for:Diary managementEmailsTravel arrangementsAnswering the phoneGreeting visitorsOther projects as and when they occurApplicants must be very discreet, used to dealing with confidential matters, able to prioritise and be very organised. No two days will be the same due to the nature of the Principal’s business and private commitments.The presentation of the Private Secretary is important as there are visitors to the office which they will greet. This role will suit someone with a corporate or Private Secretary background.Start Date: ASAPSalary: £22,000 GPAHours: 22 per weekJob Number: 116158
