Campion Insurance, now part of PIB Group, is one of the largest insurance brokers in Ireland and have the following role available.Inbound & Outbound Personal Lines Insurance New Business Sales ExecutiveDue to on going growth,we are seeking to recruit a new business sales person for our personal lines team in our Naas Road, Dublin 22 office. The role will consist of providing advice on car, home & van insurance new business sales, customer service and administration. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude.Key Responsibilities

• Issuing motor, home and van insurance quotes on both an inbound and outbound basis
• Dealing with customer queries
• Cross selling Insurance Products
• Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for both quotations issued and sales closed

Qualifications

• CIP, APA Personal General or grandfathered qualification

Skills/Knowledge

• Expert product Knowledge
• Profound knowledge of competitor activity
• RELAY system an advantage
• Persuasion and influencing skills. Selling skills, negotiating skills
• Customer retention skills

Experience Required

• 2+ years insurance experience preferably in a brokerage
• Have a clear focus on sales & wish to build their career in this area
• Be committed to provide a high level of service to customers & potential customers
