Atrium Health Primary Care Lemmond Farm Family Medicine, provides care for all ages in the Charlotte and Mint Hill areas.
Our board-certified providers and team of compassionate medical professionals offer a range of medical services for the entire family, from newborns to seniors.
Highlights about the position include:

- Join 1 Physician & 1 APP
- 4.5 Day Work Week ~ 32 Patient Contact Hours/Week
- No Nights/Weekends
- Minimal Shared Call (Phone Only)
