Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €65,000 – €85,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, PermanentWe’re hiring a PMO Project Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking residential development company.In this role, you will support strategic initiatives and improve reporting, planning, and process optimisation across multiple business functions including construction, operations, and commercial teams.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the PMO team in delivering strategic initiatives across construction and operations
  • Develop and improve internal reporting processes using tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Collaborate with departments including Technical, Planning, Commercial, and Health & Safety to support cross-functional reporting and analysis
  • Track project and business-wide KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate updates
  • Consolidate project data for senior-level reporting and portfolio analysis
  • Participate in team meetings, support documentation, and assist with construction planning integration
  • Drive operational improvements and promote best practices in project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PMO, project management, or construction-related role
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Background in construction, consultancy, or analytics (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
