Applications are invited for a temporary post of a UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 within UCD School of Psychology.The Sow What? project is an innovative research initiative with the UCD Agri Mental Health Group aimed at bridging the communication gap between farmers, agricultural advisors, and policy makers in the context of the European Green Deal. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Post-Doctoral Researcher (PD1) with a background in behavioral psychology to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of interventions while also facilitating collaboration with stakeholders through the convening of a stakeholder steering group.This is an academic research role, where you will conduct a specified programme of research supported by research training and development under the supervision and direction of a Principal Investigator.The primary purpose of the role is to further develop your research skills and competences, including the processes of publication in peer-reviewed academic publications, the development of funding proposals, the mentorship of graduate students along with the opportunity to develop your skills in research led teaching.Salary Range: €42,783 – €45,322 Per AnnumAppointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 11th April 2024.Applications must be submitted by the closing date and time specified.
