The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, developing and executing a business strategy, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.About the role:With your in-depth subject matter expertise, you will advise our customers in developing their roadmap, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives leveraging the MS and power platform stackLead pre-sales activities, including scoping engagements, participating in sales presentations, and developing proposals and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projectsServe as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and design and implement Power Platform solutions that address those requirementsOversee the delivery of Power Platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsLead formal workshops with clients to gather requirements, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer’s needsYou will oversee and guide the delivery of power platform applications and implementations, ensuring that our team maintains a relentless focus on delivering quality solutions that meet our client’s needsThrough your leadership and management skills, you will motivate and develop a high-performing team of Power Platform Experts, while also collaborating with other practice areas within the firm to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver integrated solutions to clientsDevelop and execute a business strategy to grow the Power Platform practice, including expanding service offerings, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing client relationshipsStay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to the Power PlatformAbout you:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExpertise in Power Platform consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record of delivering successful Power Platform projectsStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing teamIf you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
