We’re looking for someone who is motivated, tenacious, and innovative to provide day to day support to the Practice Lead, including all team engagement and communication, recruitment and onboarding, identifying training needs and co-ordinating the learning plan, data analysis and insight.A bit about the job:The IWR CIO Practice and Resource team are responsible for supplying projects with the right people, in the right place, at the right time, with the right skills and behaviours to support Aviva’s strategic goals. As the Practice and Resource Analyst, you will support the Practice Lead in building and delivering a comprehensive learning strategy and plan, organise recruitment campaigns, setting up interview panels, scheduling interviews, monitoring progress and reporting.You will analyse data and provide insight to support strategic decision making, resource alignment and track productivity, whilst focusing on communication and engagement including newsletters, community meetings and collaboration across all IT Change teams.Skills and experience we’re looking for:A confident communicator – happy to engage with internal and external stakeholders and comfortable with group presentationsStrong PowerPoint skills, ability to produce quality packs for committees and forums, keen attention to detailYou’ll be organised and comfortable prioritising your workload, navigate ambiguity and able to work with minimal guidanceConfident with Microsoft Office 365 applications (including Teams)Experience of working in a change environment would be beneficialWhat you’ll get for this role:Our purpose – with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
