PRIMARY PURPOSE:

MGM Resorts International is seeking a well-versed Principal Architect to join the Technology, Digital, and Data (TDD) leadership team. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical expertise, shaping our technological landscape through innovative solutions. You will collaborate across departments, translating business needs into robust, secure, and scalable solutions.

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions for Network & Telecom.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation across teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and architectural blueprints.
• Develop and maintain a technology specific architecture roadmap, aligning it with company strategy and technological advancements.
• Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions that optimize efficiency, scalability, supportability, security, and cost.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data analytics, automation, and other advanced tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Project Managers) to ensure solutions deliver value.
• Lead technical discussions with vendors and partners, identifying and procuring the most effective solutions.
• Develop and present clear, concise technical documentation for stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
• High-level technical knowledge across most technology domains common in modern enterprises
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise-wide technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
