I’m working with one of my financial services clients based in Galway, and they’re looking for a Principal Cybersecurity Software Engineer/Tech Lead to join their team. This will be a permanent role falling within the application security platform team.Requirements:

• 8+ years in designing and developing enterprise applications (Java/Python/Go, Spring, Angular) with tools (Maven, Git, Jenkins, AWS).
• Experience with scalable applications on Kubernetes or similar.
• Leadership, mentoring, and coaching experience.
• AWS certification and cloud environment experience preferred.
• Application security experience (Pen Testing, SCA, SAST, DAST, WAF) is a plus.
• Experience with unit and functional testing (JUnit, PyUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, Karate, Cypress).
• Hands-on experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile (Scrum) environment experience.
