As the world leader in serving science, our laboratory professionals bring their commitment to accuracy and quality to deliver groundbreaking innovations.Discover Impactful Work:Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements.Completes on-going training on new regulations concerning clinical trials and related supplies.Participates in and supports department project teams including development projects/clinical trial supply strategy. May serve as a project lead in these efforts.Assists in the development and suggestion of process improvements and/or to updates departmental SOPs.Ensure that import & export activities are done according to Company requirements, Client requirements and applicable regulations.Actively assist Trade Compliance Management in updates related applicable regulations in the country of employee’s scope.Executes Import & Export plan, in place for each project, when needed, and actively make suggestions according to local operation requirements.Serves as a local point of contact related Import Export and Trade Compliance in-country and regions where support needed.Identify to Trade Compliance Management applicable import & export issues.Provide appropriate recommendations and alerts from internal and external stakeholders relating to Trade Compliance topics.Suggest and participates in ongoing Training on new Regulations concerning Import/Exports activities.Support filing of import/export documentation and Updated Company Metrics.Trains, coaches and mentors other Import/Export Coordinators.Education and Experience:High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Technical positions may require a certificatePrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 6 years).
