As the world leader in serving science, our laboratory professionals bring their commitment to accuracy and quality to deliver groundbreaking innovations.Discover Impactful Work:Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements.Completes on-going training on new regulations concerning clinical trials and related supplies.Participates in and supports department project teams including development projects/clinical trial supply strategy. May serve as a project lead in these efforts.Assists in the development and suggestion of process improvements and/or to updates departmental SOPs.Ensure that import & export activities are done according to Company requirements, Client requirements and applicable regulations.Actively assist Trade Compliance Management in updates related applicable regulations in the country of employee’s scope.Executes Import & Export plan, in place for each project, when needed, and actively make suggestions according to local operation requirements.Serves as a local point of contact related Import Export and Trade Compliance in-country and regions where support needed.Identify to Trade Compliance Management applicable import & export issues.Provide appropriate recommendations and alerts from internal and external stakeholders relating to Trade Compliance topics.Suggest and participates in ongoing Training on new Regulations concerning Import/Exports activities.Support filing of import/export documentation and Updated Company Metrics.Trains, coaches and mentors other Import/Export Coordinators.Education and Experience:High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Technical positions may require a certificatePrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 6 years). In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Intermediate English and excellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong attention to detailAdaptive to changesAbility to utilize proper channels of communications to voice concerns and suggestionsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer), including keyboarding skillsCapable of working in a team environment as well as work independently with direct supervisionExcellent interpersonal skills and problem solving/decision making skills with an ability to act as a liasonOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
