If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for client service, and experience in private client work, I want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to our private client team
- Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and client files
- Handling client communications with professionalism and sensitivity
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary in a private client environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
