Southend-On-Sea – £22,000 – £28,000 Private Client Legal Secretary
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Salary: Up to £28,000 (Dependent on experience)Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a passion for Private Client law? My client, a leading law firm based in Southend-on-Sea, is looking for a dedicated and professional Private Client Legal Secretary to join their friendly and dynamic team. As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to fee earners within the Private Client department. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Diary management and client appointments
- Handling client inquiries and communications
- Maintaining and updating client files
- General office administration
The Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Private Client department
- Excellent audio and copy typing skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- A professional, client-focused approach
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
