• Job Description-
• Assisting the product team in building automated Loan Operating and Loan Management Systems
• Training sales staff on process execution along with Systems training/Document execution
• Collaborating with the tech team for system issues and building loan agreements for our digital portal
• Managing daily loan disbursement and repayment tracking
• Generating and evaluating comprehensive MIS reports.
• Coordinating with operations team for process implementation and handling all disbursement
• Collaborating with the tech team for system issues and building loan agreements for our digital portal
• Handling NACH registration and MIS
• Requirement-
• Bachelor/Post Graduate is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Word
• Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholder
• Relevant experience on process automation/implementation and handling disbursement activity is a plus
