This is a full-time position, on-site at the company’s location – City West business campus, with hybrid working model available after the first few months.As a Call center agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers where you will receive inbound calls and be tasked with bringing a successful resolution to their queries efficiently, effectively and empathetically. You will promote services and solutions while following a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving to meet set standards and agreed procedures while maintaining an excellent customer. Fully paid training will be provided with continued support throughout your career.In order to succeed in this role, you will speak fluent English and have good communications skills, both written and verbal. You will work proactively, having good organizational skills and be able to prioritize workloads. Prior experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment will be an advantage, but this is not necessary. This role will suit a driven individual who has an excellent work ethic, enjoys a target driven environment, has a passion for customer support and who would like to progress in their career.You will be working on-site in Dublin 24 in a modern and dynamic office space.
