Procurement Manager (Global Fleet) – Dublin (Hybrid) – Competitive salary and benefitsBT are looking for a Procurement Manager where we’ll empower you, to empower our business units.BT Operates the 2nd largest fleet in the UK with over 30,000 vehicles on the road everyday building or connecting customers to our Networks. This role will be responsible for managing in excess of £300m globally for this category at an exciting time as BT transform its Fleet to EV. What will the role involve as our Procurement Manager?

• Managing £300m in spend
• Being responsible for creating and driving the Category Strategy for Fleet in conjunction with Internal Stakeholders
• Assisting on delivering BT’s sustainability agenda as BT transforms towards EV
• Engaging with Business stakeholders to deliver on targets
• Managing a team of 1-2 FTE

What are we looking for in our Procurement Manager? You may have a variety of the below;

• 2 to 3 years of delivering against targets as a Category Manager/Procurement Manager
• Experience in managing a Fleet category, experience in changing a fleet to EV would be advantageous.
• The ability to lead and work autonomously under your own direction and collaborate with others

Who is the Services Procurement Team?The Services Procurement Team in BT Sourced oversees in excess of £2bn of BT Group expenditure spanning Facilities Management, Energy, Marketing, Professional Services, Resourcing, Fleet & LogisticsWe play a crucial role in ensuring all these “Own Use” Services are procured in an effective and sustainable way of delivering maximum value back to BT Group. The overall team size of c. 40 FTE with c. 50% in Dublin and 50% in IndiaHaving had a successful 2 Years we are implementing some organisational changes within the Services Team which is growing the team and creating a number of new roles at both Junior and Senior Levels.
