Job Role:

1. The candidate should have priori Product & Process management experience 
2. The candidate should understand P&L intensely
3. Should be capable to Manage SOP, DSA, Channel Payouts 
4. Innovative thinking on product design and exposure to technology would be an added advantage 
5. Candidate who has product launched experience would be an advantage
6. The candidate should have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills
7. Knowledge of usage of MS tools-Intermediate level (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
8. Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter

Job Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant from a reputed institute 
2. Relationship Management ability of a very high order
3. Good Communication Skills
