Product Manager – Crop-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding(DF) -Product Manager

The Crop Loan (ARB Division) Product Manager will own the full lifecycle of our agricultural lending products by identifying market opportunities, developing new loan offerings, and managing the portfolio performance to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on farmer needs, crop cycles, regional requirements, government programs, and competitor offerings to uncover unmet demand opportunities
• Design, develop, and implement innovative agri lending products catered to crop, equipment, infrastructure, and other needs
• Create marketing collaterals, programs, and campaigns to effectively promote products to farmers and agricultural businesses
• Manage the approval process for new agri products across finance, risk, operations, legal and compliance teams
• Closely track portfolio metrics like acquisition, activation, utilization, delinquencies to identify areas for enhancement
• Develop relationships with key industry partners and agri-focused companies to create referral channels
• Stay continually updated on agri industry trends, challenges faced by farmers, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies
• Meet growth, revenue, customer experience, and portfolio health targets
