Location:Midlands (On-site 3 days/week)
Contract Type:Day Rate Contract (Outside IR35)
Start Date:ASAPWe’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Managerto join our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital healthcare delivery by bringing a product-centric mindset to a major transformation initiative.About the Role:You’ll be embedded in a large-scale EPR Programme, but your focus will be on product optimisation-distinct from the core delivery stream. You’ll act as the catalyst for continuous improvement, managing change requests, refining workflows, and ensuring the EPR evolves to meet user needs and organisational goals.What You’ll Do:

• Lead the product optimisationworkstream within the EPR Programme.
• Manage and prioritise change requestsfrom clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Facilitate continuous improvementcycles, using data and feedback to drive enhancements.
• Champion a product approach-balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, taking them on the journeyof change.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment between product vision and implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Product Managerin complex digital transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of EPR systemsand healthcare workflows.
• Expertise in change managementand continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset-someone who thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in NHS or healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with agile delivery environments.
• Previous NHS Acute experience
