Position Description:

Product Manager (PM) is responsible for brand management for assigned products to accomplish sales and profit targets by planning and implementing of marketing, and communication strategy. PM delivers a differentiated product to market that addresses a market need and represents a viable business opportunity. PM executes brand strategy aligned with global/regional strategy and achieves business objectives. PM works closely with sales, RA, SCM, M&Q and other related departments to bridge the gap between the different departments.

Functions, Duties, Tasks:

• Achieve the financial objective of assigned products and manage them.
• Develop marketing plan and implement it.
• Brand management including life-cycle management and marketing strategy developing.
• Drive launch of new products for successful market penetration.
• Deliver technical knowledge of assigned products to sales reps and customers.
• Communicate with experts, professionals, opinion leaders and related communities domestically and globally in the industry to get insights, knowledge, and info on the market.
• Communicate with global/regional/affiliates to exchange ideas, information, knowledge, and experiences of activities related for the best performance of the assignment.
• Collaborate with other related departments like RA, SCM, M&Q and sales.

Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

• More than 5 years’ experience of sales/marketing in AH industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine or relevant field.
• Effective English speaking and writing skill.
• Good communication skills including presentation and managing interpersonal relationships.
