Alight Solutions, a leading benefits administration and cloud-based HR services provider, is seeking an enthusiastic and quick learning Marketing Specialist to support and grow our overall HCM Solutions marketing efforts.Working as part of the HCM and Financial Solutions marketing team, and reporting to the Director of HCM and Financial Solutions Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans that drive brand awareness, demand generation and sales enablement.About the roleThe Product Marketing team is looking for a Senior Specialist to bring to market the value and impact of Alight and it’s Global Payroll solution. This role will focus on articulating Alight’s Global Payroll strategy, our leading partnerships with Workday, SAP, and Oracle as well as our integrated global payroll platform approach.In this role you’ll collaborate with our product managers, solution leads and subject matter experts to develop compelling messaging and content assets for different audience personas and perspectives. Partnering closely with the global design, digital, PR and comms team, you will be responsible for creative storytelling, presenting and delivering best in class content in all forms and launching new solutions to the market.About the Team:The Product Marketing team at Alight are responsible for deeply understanding and articulating what is different about Alight and the features that make us extraordinary. The team operates across multiple time zones and functions and is mostly virtually based. We work hard and are serious about the work we do, but we also bring a human touch and have some fun along the way.Responsibilities include:Conduct research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to market our products and solutions in a differentiated way.Collaborate with product and solution teams to understand the roadmap and assist in launching new solutions to the market, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.Create high-impact and differentiated messaging for customers, prospects, partners, and industry analysts.Develop and articulate the value proposition for our Global Payroll offering.Create compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers, datasheets, and presentations.Provide support for sales teams by creating tools and resources that communicate the value of our Payroll offering.Partner with field marketing teams to develop narrative and solution content for use across various campaign touchpoints, influencing clients and buyers at different stages of the customer journey.Qualifications:2+ years of product marketing or technical marketing experience.Experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle or Payroll preferred but not essential.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields, or relevant experienceKey attributes:Passion for creative product-based storytelling.Excellent communication and writing skills.Able to translate technical verbiage to business value.Thrives in fast-paced and agile environment.Positive and collaborative working style.Proactive and initiative taking individual.#LI-RemoteWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Pay Transparency Statement: Alight considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
