We currently have a vacancy for an Product Owner (AI Solutions) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks:

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the AI operationalisation project;
• Propose advanced solutions and a service catalogue by combining IT tools and business process improvements;
• Follow the evolution of the AI domain, especially Large Language Models, and update the solution design and the identification of the outcomes accordingly;
• Understand the wider AI context, follow its evolution and design solutions in relation to the ecosystem of tools and services;
• Work within the agile process and prepares to the decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the development and integration team;
• Assist with internal and external communication by improving of transparency and dissemination of information.

Requirements

• Master’s degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years;
• At least 10 years of experience in

large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems, more particularly artificial intelligence solutions, data mining, business intelligence solutions, automations and cloud solutions; * At least 10 years of experience in Business analysis, business process modelling, functional analysis, enterprise architecture or IT project management;

• At least 5 years of experience in Linked data, knowledge graphs, semantic interoperability, etc.;
• At least 5 years of experience in Agile and application lifecycle management toolbox (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.);
• At least 5 years of experience in IT security and data protection principles, methodologies and tools;
• At least 1 year of experience in Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models;
• Knowledge of public administration processes, such as policy preparation and evaluation, institutional decision-making, work programme definition, policy implementation and monitoring, incident detection and investigation;
• Knowledge of the public health domain is an asset;
• Knowledge of the food safety domain is an asset;
• Optional certifications: Agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), Project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PM²), ITIL, IT security, TOGAF or equivalent;
• Excellent command of the English language.
