The studio fosters a culture of support and commitment to delivering exceptional design and service in the luxury residential and hospitality sector.Job Description for this Production Manager Role

  • Uphold company procurement processes, managing procurement strategy and supplier selection to mitigate risks and align with budget needs.
  • Foster relationships with suppliers and makers, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of pieces.
  • Project manage sampling and drawing stages, coordinating with the design team to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee and monitor specifications and quotations on EstiPC software, coordinating with the design team to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the procurement and finance managers to ensure timely payments and support project management deliverables.
  • Conduct frequent factory quality control visits and manage project installations, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate snags related to project scope of work, maintaining accurate project trackers and management documents.
  • Manage client expectations on quality, snags, and logistics, creating maintenance manuals as needed.
  • This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK.

Skills Necessary for this Production Manager Role

  • Proven experience in production and manufacturing processes or project management qualification
  • Industry-relevant qualifications and a minimum of 10 to 12 years’ experience
  • Willingness to travel internationally, with European language skills a bonus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, EstiPC, Autocad, Adobe Suite (InDesign)
