An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client based in Waterford for a Production Planner in the Pharmaceutical Industry.This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive company at an exciting growth phase.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales orders align with allocated customer capacity.
• Create work orders for production planning and non-chargeable hours.
• Plan and schedule production work centers and machines efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with Production and Purchasing departments to optimize planning.
• Coordinate with other key departments to streamline processes.
• Update the Master file with product changes affecting planning, including process times and work center routing.
• Prepare reports for senior management meetings.
• Provide daily reporting on key performance indicators such as internal and external OTD, efficiency, etc.
• Process sales orders and input data into the ERP system.
• Manage customer inquiries and update customer portals.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office-based role.
• Experience in manufacturing or scheduling roles preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferable; a certificate will be considered.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Experience with ERP and customer management systems.
• Proficiency in Excel is require
