The Programme Manager will have experience in Project or Programme management, and international capital works.Major ResponsibilitiesReporting to the EMEA PMO Lead based in London to support the end-to-end program management of the client’s capital projects across the regionDirectly deliver Programme management function for smaller / less complex or key sitesSupport the overall success of assigned regional portfolio programme and project planning activities, including, effectively developing and driving the programme, budget, schedule, project team, roles & responsibilities, stakeholder approvals, and identifying the risks and mitigation measuresSupport the development of templates and standard process needed, liaising with the other Regional PMO across JLL to identify best practices and adopt improvementsPlanning the overall programme and monitoring the progressSupport presentations of complex ideas to large audiences with confidence and clarityTracking the programme’s budgetSupport the account to achieve account objectives & KPI targets for JLLManaging risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;Ongoing Delivery SupportAssist with Client and service providersReport Programme status (budget, schedule, risk)Review pipeline to establish and manage the Capital PlanAssist Client in determining project requirements including gathering market information for budgetary and benchmarking purposesSource the appropriate in-country project management resources for the ClientMonitor Project Delivery through reporting and conference callsDeliver Project Reviews, Change Control and Risk ManagementConsolidate existing progress reporting by current suppliersIdentify innovative ways to resolve problems and support implementation thereofOversee the implementation of Client standards by in-country Project ManagersPersonal attributesPerceptive, self-motivated, collaborative and capable of working across the region through remote management skillsThe PMO will effectively provide an operational knowledge centre of exceptional qualityEuropean/EMEA experience is preferred and ability to work across multiple sites is essentialGood communication skills, and experienced in remote managementCan manage and report all financial aspects of the projectEnglish, both written and spoken, to a good technical standard.
