Our client, an Irish owned, leading software product provider in the MedTech industry, is seeking a technical Italian-speaking Software Product Professional Services Engineer to join their International client professional services team supporting clients in the Italian market.With a global presence and a focus on innovation, our client has built a reputation for delivering cutting-edge technology and outstanding customer service.Job Ref: BBBH 25134Location: Dublin 15 – BlanchardstownEmployment Type: PermanentWorkplace: Hybrid, onsite 3-times weekly (additional days in the office upon request)Sponsorship: Not offered, candidates must hold, spousal VISA, Stamp 4 or EU citizenship.Role DescriptionAs a Professional Services Product Engineer, you will be responsible for providing Italian clients with excellent technical support over the phone, email, and remote links. You may also install and configure software on customers’ sites to align with their business processes, troubleshoot issues remotely, and escalate as appropriate. Additionally, you will be involved in remote customer training, with the potential for on-site/international training, as well as the development of training courses and documentation using best practice procedures, methodologies, and tools.Must-Have Skills

• A degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role providing Level 2+ support for complex applications
• Fluent Italian to be able to support Italian speaking clients
• Excellent communication skills and perfect fluency in English
• Ability to acquire new technical information quickly
• A positive attitude that always gets the job done
• Attention to detail and perfectionist instincts that get the job done right, first time
• Drive for a high intensity, high energy work environment and ability to contribute to the same

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in software training, technical support, or another IT area
• Experience in Multimedia Design / Technical Writing
• Ability Skills in another European language
• Experience with databases & SQL
• A full, clean driving licence
