Job Description:The global success of Vertiv Integrated Modular Solutions products has created extensive growth and opportunity for Vertiv, Ireland. A new and exciting role presents itself in the InfrsSol EMEA team as a Program Manager.You will be responsible for managing and leading complex modular data center programs which consist of a high level pre-engineered, prefabricated components in factory as well as site construction. Ensure that all required resources such as planning, engineering, production, finance, sourcing, logistics and construction are complete for the program. Plan, direct, and monitors program budget and serves as one of the primary customer contacts for program information. Have overall accountability for desired program goals, budget, compliance, and safety. The team is already established in Croatia and are looking forward to working alongside a newly established team Ireland to share best practice.The Role includes:

• Controlling program costs and aligning programs to strategic goals
• Ensure preparation of the program plan, develop program scopes, schedules, contracts, and budgets.
• Ensure proper methods are followed to track program cost, schedules and performance across projects/programs – We have our own internal tool
• Ensure timely anticipation and resolution of operational issues and risks by and with the project managers.
• Lead program meetings and the integrated product team (kick-off through project close)
• Most importantly; Create and sustain a strong strategic and customer focus and maintain high expectations for performance while collaborating across organizational boundaries to meet or exceed goals. Supply timely, accurate, and relevant information to assist senior leadership, customers, or management in making decisions.

About you:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in business or engineering or directly related degree.
• Experience in leading complex projects
• Understanding of budgets and deadlines
• Ability to succeed in complex projects
• Open minded – able to look at the bigger picture, proactive and escalate when needed – this is an autonomous role so you will have the ability to lead & make decisions.
• Driven and client focused as well as an advocate for Vertiv.
• Excellent communication skills
• Wholly responsible for your projects.
• Happy to travel initially to Zagreb to work with the rest of the team.
• Ability to share and take on board best practice

TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED

• 25% – between production and delivery sites within EMEA
