Summary

The epay Global Team has expanded its portfolio to support the epay functional businesses in the areas of HR, Marketing, Finance and Data Analytics (Insights).

We need to expand the Delivery Team to work under the Portfolio Lead and Functional Leads across our business. The prime objective for the Delivery Manager will be to ensure the successful execution of epay’s business strategies in the respective functional area.

By expanding the Delivery Team, we aim to strengthen our operational capabilities and enhance our ability to deliver on key initiatives. The Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating and aligning efforts across Functions and Departments, fostering effective collaboration and driving the achievement of epay’s strategic objectives.

Through the combined expertise of the Program Manager and Functional Leads, we anticipate improved coordination, streamlined processes and heightened focus on achieving epay’s overarching business goals. This expansion signifies our commitment to delivering expectational results and driving growth within the epay business.

The HR Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Global HR programs, projects, and initiatives within the organization. The Program Manager will work closely with the Global HR Team and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective execution of HR processes, policies, services and a crucial role in driving operational excellence, optimizing HR service delivery, and enhancing the employee experience.

Supervision

Reports to and works under the administrative supervision of the Portfolio Manager.

Essential Duties

Project and Program Management:

  • Lead and manage Global HR programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.

HR Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize HR processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement standardized processes and workflows for HR service delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and make recommendations for improvement and automation.

HR Service Delivery:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees, managers, and stakeholders in a timely and customer-focused manner.
  • Oversee the administration, documentation, and maintenance of HR systems, tools, and technologies to support efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve HR service delivery.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Communicate and educate employees and managers on HR policies and ensure adherence to them.

Employee Experience Enhancement:

  • Work closely with the HR team to design and implement programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
  • Gather feedback and insights from employees and managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of HR-related initiatives that positively impact employee engagement and satisfaction.

Able to provide delivery confidence. Able to remove blockers or impediments that affect the plan and can develop a plan for difficult situations. Ensures teams plan appropriately for their capacity.
  • Able to bring people together to form a motivated team. Able to empower delivery teams. Able to help create the right environment for a team to work in. recognizes and deal with issues. Able to facilitate the best team makeup depending on the situation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours, as needed.
  • Ability to travel internationally, as necessary.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as an HR Delivery Manager, HR Project Manager, HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of HR systems and technologies.

Expected salary

£40000 – 50000 per year
