This Program Manager position is with a well-established multi-national insurance/reinsurance company with a strong presence in Dublin. Currently going through an expansion with plans of 50+ projects for 2025, your experience as a Program Manager is exactly what they’re looking for.As a Program Manager with this company, you’ll be in charge of managing an expansive 2025 program consisting of 50+ projects, including IT and non-IT related projects. You would build a team of strong Project Managers around you and lead these multi-million euro projects to success. A lot of these projects are Greenfield in nature so you’d get a chance to directly impact the scaling of the company, impacting their business in Ireland and globally.The ideal candidate for this Program Manager position has more than 10 years of experience in the industry, as well as experience in building and leading teams of Project Managers and managing multi-million euro programs.Model of work: The client company has a mandatory office attendance policy of 5 days/week.You will:

• Build a team of strong Project Managers around you
• Lead the team and the company towards the completion of 50+ projects
• Manage a multi-million euro budget

You have:

• 10+ years of experience managing projects and programs
• Experience with multi-million euro budgets
• Experience with managing C-tier stakeholders
