The role includes training to qualify as a Programme / Care Assistant while also having the day to day experience of working in a busy Day Care Centre. This is a varied and interesting position for anybody looking for a new challenge. Duties will include (Training will be provided): Supporting Service Users at our Day Centre in Ballycanew, Co. Wexford with various activities including: Arts & Crafts, games, outings and structured learning. Delivering development programmes to Service Users. Accompanying Service Users on outings. Providing personal care for Service Users. Operating lifting equipment on buses. Clamping Wheelchairs aboard buses. Cleaning and maintenance duties.
