Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to join their team.As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the successful delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution, working closely with contractors and the management team to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee the planning and execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
·Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractors.
·Ensure all project deliverables are met in accordance with the contract, client expectations, and industry standards.
·Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
·Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability.
·Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
·Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
·Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
·Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
Key Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering or construction.
·A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
·Strong understanding of civil engineering processes, including design, construction, and project delivery.
·Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
·Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
·Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
