- Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Manage risks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in project management within the construction industry, specifically in design and build fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication abilities.
- Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable.
