Project Manager – South Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: 70-80k (DOE)Our Client & The Role A global financial services firm committed to driving innovation, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. They aim to deliver sustainable, long-term growth by combining their expertise and a commitment to responsible business practices.The successful candidate will lead and support both local and global transformation projects within our clients supply chain operations. Based in Dublin, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team driving operational efficiency across key regions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead transformation initiatives, managing project scope, budget, timelines, and risks.Prepare and present project reports to senior management, providing clear updates on progress.Define and optimise operational processes with a focus on risk management and compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation, while developing/delivering support materials, including process documentation, user guides, and control procedures.Manage the change management aspects of projects, ensuring smooth adoption by impacted teams.Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance and report on operational activities.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a project manager in a multicultural, global environment.Strong understanding of project management techniques, with a focus on supply chain operations.Experience in digital transformation and/or change management is highly advantageous.Risk awareness in a banking, financial or operational context, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits, including bonus schemes, healthcare, and pension contributions.
