The candidate will also have oversight of key projects across the Programme, specifically the Digital Workstream.They will work closely with the Homelessness workstream Team to ensure change and innovation is managed effectively within the service. The main workload will be short term projects which need to move from change into business as usual, whilst supporting the longer term work within the Housing Service.This post will be responsible for oversight of a number of key projects sitting within the Homelessness workstream, including role and responsibilities, Housing Sustainment Team, Tenancy Relations Service and our face to face offer.
