Project Manager – DublinD.O.E: €80K – €95KCompany Overview:A well-established construction contractor, with a diverse project portfolio of building projects including residential, hospitality, industrial and commercial builds. Due to increased business growth, they are seeking a Project Manager.Job Summary:We are recruiting for a Project Manager for our Client. This is a permanent, full-time position, it would be best suited to an ambitious, goal-oriented Project Manager. The successful candidate will join their team in Dublin/Leinster area and reporting directly to the Senior Management.Your responsibilities will be as below:Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule the works and manage the construction programme.
• Managing all aspects of the works on site daily.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and with company health & safety policy on all sites under control.
• Handle procurement, budgeting, and any project changes.
• Manage all project documents and contracts.
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical experts to ensure timely and quality completion in line with contracts.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or relevant project experience.
• Experience working on new build commercial or residential projects.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a Main Contractor in UK or ROI.
• Proven record of managing projects valued over €10M from start to handover.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
