- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to define project goals, develop strategies, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to achieve project milestones and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate risks, addressing any issues that arise with proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as PMP, MRICS, or CIOB) are a plus.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing complex construction projects with a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is advantageous.
