Taking a people-centred approach to business transformation, we use insights to connect brand, content, commerce and experience, underpinned by modern creativity.We’re hiring for a Project Manager – Data Transformation to join our Transformation & Governance Team in London.Purpose of the RoleAs Project Manager you’ll have overall responsibility for implementation and delivery of best-of-breed technology enabled data solutions. You will be the primary point of contact and will ensure appropriate communication amongst the entire project team and stakeholders; leading the implementation team. You’ll develop and manage the project scope, project plans and schedules as well as handling the resource scheduling and tracking, develop and maintain status documents and ensure that the quality of deliverables are met on time and within the established budget.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day progress of the project, from planning through deployment
  • Ensure that the project is managed in accordance with the approved methodologies and utilizing existing assets and best practices with regular status reporting and communications for the project
  • Manage project financials including reporting actuals and providing accurate forecast
  • Manage the project’s stakeholder relationships, budget, timing, scope, and deliverables
  • Manage project scope including identification, assessment, and communication of changes to scope or project assumptions.
  • Manage project risks and issues with the associated action plans and mitigation strategies

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience in a hands-on functional role involving any of the following: development, business analysis, data-related quality assurance.
  • Experience managing data-centric solution development, master data management, application development projects using Agile and iterative methodologies. (Understanding of data management concepts and platforms is a plus.)
  • Strong client management skills; manage through challenging situations resulting in positive outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills: ability to simplify and structure complex concepts to streamline interactions and highlight key points.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, planning and organizational skills with decision-making ability, desire to lead and the ability to manage, delegate and use resources effectively.
  • Proven conflict management and resolution skills, experience working with teams ranging from 10 to 50 people.
  • Experience managing master data management projects in Semarchy, Informatica or Ataccama would be desirable.
