We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager (EU Customs) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Gather the business, functional and non-functional requirements for the integration of client with the non-customs domains;
• Produce and maintain artefacts related to requirement analysis, functional specifications and design;
• Contribute to the elaboration of functional test artefacts and to the execution and assessment of functional tests materialised in the business acceptance criteria;
• Contribute to or carry out business change request impact assessment, implement approved change requests;
• Prepare meeting, workshop, training material, review the related material;
• Contribute to and review business process models.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 13 years;
• Experience with EU Customs is mandatory;
• Experience with Project Management tools;
• Experience in project coordination procedures, preferably involving a recognized methodology;
• Experience with Business Analysis;
• Experience with team organization, meetings, training materials;
• Ability to produce minutes, notes, business cases, vision documents, service level agreements, terms of collaboration, planning schedules, etc.;
• Experience in public administration is an asset;
• Possession of recognized certificate in project management is an asset;
• Excellent command of the English language.
