JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Manager – InsuranceSupport the Delivery Director to deliver all aspects and phases of agile development projects. The Delivery Manager co-ordinates with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Stakeholders and ensures delivery of the agreed Digital Programme Roadmap within agreed standards for delivery and quality. They lead a matrix team and third-party supplier resources, where applicable, as well as work with multiple business teams and areas to ensure the successful outcome to the projects under their responsibility.Strong Insurance domain knowledge is desirable.AttributesEssentialDesirableOutstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong, influential leader and team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Techniques for planning and monitoring projects and dependencies, with practical experience of rolling these out within an Agile project environment.

Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to engage at all levels.
- Strong Experience of Agile & Scrum project delivery and Digital Transformations.
- Strong knowledge and experience of project delivery lifecycles and methodologies.
- A good understanding of UX, Business Analysis and Test Management processes.
- A good understanding of software development, implementation and release processes.
Leadership of multiple Agile Scrum Teams, leading concurrent workstreams in a fast paced delivery environmentScaled Agile (SAFe) experience in a large Digital Change Programme
Knowledge· Delivery of Technical projects and working with software development teams· Full SDLC experience· Knowledge of all Agile project delivery phases· Microservices architecture concepts and Serverless implementations· DevOps and CI/CD pipeline concepts
Experience· 5+ years of commercial experience as an Agile Delivery Manager leading Digital projects· Scrum Master experience in commercial projects· Able to lead all standard Scrum ceremonies as required· Jira and Confluence· AWS Cloud Native software development projects· Greenfield software development projects
Qualifications Relevant academic qualification Scrum Master certified
Expected salary
£60000 – 70000 per year
