The Global Operations Integrity Operations Team strives to create a safe atmosphere for the Meta communities by way of outstanding support, education, and care for the various people around the world who use our platforms. We pride ourselves in helping prevent online and real-world harm by building fast, scalable support systems to address safety-related incidents on our products, and by influencing others to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives. Integrity Operations’ focus is on improving the health of our products and helping people understand how to use them through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions. Those who join our teams are very passionate about solving people’s issues, and are strong advocates for the Facebook and Instagram communities. We need influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our platforms. We are seeking an experienced self-starter with a passion for mitigating real world harm and protecting our community to join our Integrity Operations Team. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Engineering, Policy, and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a fast paced and data driven environment.Project Manager, Integrity Operations ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvementsManage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environmentAnalyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operationsUse problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problemsLead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threatsHelp create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the communityBuild strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and usersDevelop a deep understanding of the integrity issues and how they affect our communityAddress sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable materialThis role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment2+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operationsExperience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teamsDemonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressureAbility to work with potentially graphic and objectionable contentPreferred Qualifications1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) toolsKnowledge of other programming languages, e.g. Python, R, SQLAvid user of our platform of productsStrategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skillsLocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
