Project Manager Technical Lead (ERP) North Dublin €90,000 – €100,000 We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager Technical Lead to join a revamped PMO team and oversee key technical aspects in the implementation ERP projects. In this role, you’ll manage data migration, BI development, infrastructure, interfaces, and market interaction technologies. Ideal candidates will have strong project management and technical leadership experience, with a solid understanding of data management principles. Role Purpose:- Key PMO team member providing technical management of ERP projects, including data migration, interfaces, infrastructure, BI development, and market interaction technologies.- Requires a strong background in project management, technical leadership, and data management principles. Role Responsibilities: – Lead and manage project phases, develop plans and timelines, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and communicate status to PMO and Project Director. – Provide technical expertise, develop reporting tools, oversee implementation of strategies, and ensure alignment with project goals. – Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. – Oversee BI solution development, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement data models, dashboards, and reports. – Plan and implement infrastructure projects and maintain seamless system interfaces. – Implement CRM systems and marketing automation tools, optimizing their use in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. – Promote equality and inclusion, collaborate with colleagues, lead by example, drive business plans, manage risks and resources, and ensure policy compliance. Experience and Qualifications:Essential Criteria:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent) & 3+ years experience, or 5+ years in a similar role.- ERP project delivery experience and technical leadership skills.- Strong project management skills for data migration, BI development, infrastructure, interfaces, and market interaction technologies.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Knowledge of data management principles and BI tools.- Experience with cloud platforms, servers, storage, and networking.- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and customer engagement tools.Nice-to-have:- PMP certification or equivalent.- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
