What will your job look like?

Responsible for managing different phases of Site Development in telecom domain like Design, Installation, Integration, On-air, Audit etc.

Responsible for one or more program/ stream management areas such as budget, resources, schedule, risks, quality, contract and program change control, communication, and so on.

Maintains communication with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

Responsible for building and tracking account/ program/stream work plans, ensuring that all aspects of the plan are covered (completeness).

Responsible for building and providing program/ stream status reports, tracking and highlighting trends that enable predictability and achieve transparency, providing early alerts and suggesting mitigations.

Responsible for building and tracking budget and resource plans, ensuring all aspects of the plan are covered and the budget plan is aligned with the program/ stream charter in order to meet the P&L/budget.

Governs risks and issues, facilitates periodic status and risks/ issues discussions with program stakeholders.

Maintains account/program/stream memory (commercial and key accounts documentation).

Ensures alignment to program management methodology and tools, and contributes to knowledge sharing of procedures, methods, and tools to support PMO activities.

Collaborates and creates synergy with other PMO professionals.

Good understanding of Huawei BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB

Supervise, guide and motivate team of site engineers, technician and to deliver project with agreed timeline and SLA.

All you need is…

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, I.T., Computer Science etc.
• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in Project Management (Project Manager) in Telecom domain with good understanding of different phased like Project deployment, Installation, Integration etc.
• Good understanding of project methodology and management and PMO processes (e.g., scheduling, budget management).]
• Strong background/experience with Telecom industries.
• Having Good knowledge of MS office 365 tools.
• Good Communication and Writing Skills in English language is must.
• Willing to work on a Dayshift, Hybrid set up (3x per week) and in BGC, Taguig City.
• Local hiring only. Location: Manila, Philippines.
