Hiring a Remote Project Manager with a background managing telecom or data center projects

Although 100% remote, MUST reside in Florida 

Salary: $85,000-95,000 DOE

Overview: 

The Telecom Project Manager is responsible for mapping out the path to successful project delivery and collaborating with customers, consultants, and coworkers to progress along that path. This involves:

• Reading contract documents to understand our scope of work.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Updating and maintaining cost estimates and issue logs.
• Conducting project meetings to provide status updates to stakeholders and taking accurate meeting minutes.
• Negotiating and preparing change orders.
• Procuring equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Requirements of the Position:

• A bachelor’s degree in a business or technical area of knowledge is preferred.
• Active current PMP certification is mandatory.
• Experience delivering solutions to outside customers is mandatory.
• 3 years of hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent $2MM telecommunications, data center, or network deployment projects for external customers. Digital RF and microwave system deployment experience is preferred. Site/facility development experience is also valued. Experience delivering results to external customers is mandatory.
• Experience leading in-person presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Must have a valid US Driver’s license, must pass a pre-employment drug screen, & background check.
• MUST LIVE in Florida
