- Relevant third level qualification.
- Minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience (preferably in an M&E contracting environment).
As a Project Planner:
- Oversee project control activities, including scope definition, business case development, requirements and milestone identification, project governance, operational planning, risk identification and mitigation, implementation planning, project execution oversight, and project closure.
- Develop and maintain Project Controls Systems tailored to specific projects.
- Create and agree on schedules of works with our clients in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Maintain and update project schedules.
- Track and compare planned versus actual progress consistently.
- Collaborate with construction team members to capture and log any issues affecting progress.
- Attend site meetings (internal and client-based).
- Monitor original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes throughout the project.
- Utilise the internal database project control system (training provided).
- Ensure all progress is documented in system updates.
- Monitor site installation output and advise on necessary changes, including labour hours and efficiencies.
- Use database reporting system for information circulation to the project team.
- Lead in producing and coordinating weekly construction reports.
