The Consultancy is looking for a candidate who has a positive attitude, teachable, able to exude the company’s work ethic. This role will consist of general and project administration tasks, in addition to being client facing.The Candidate must have:Project Assistance

  • Experience liaising effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Create drafts of project documents
  • Knowledge of preparing project specific documents (ie. Letters, agendas, memos)
  • Keeping track of competition entries
  • Answering Project specific questions
  • Picture research, proof reading, assisting with writing tasks
  • Experience working through procurement processes
  • Providing additional team support where required

Administration

  • A good phone presence,
  • Diary Management, (arranging minutes)
  • Assisting with facilities duties (ie, providing refreshments when needed)
  • Organising travel for the team when needed

Skills necessary:

  • Attention to detail
  • Efficient communication skills,
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience, above an intermediate level
  • At least one year’s previous administration experience
  • Educated to a degree or equivalent level
  • Ability to juggle several tasks
